During travel by train, volunteers are always there for the kids to make sure that no kid is left unattended. Even when they want to visit the washroom one of the volunteers would always accompany them for utmost safety Further, one male & one women volunteer would be awake all night to cater to the needs of any kid!

Saftey is our first priority. Hence, All activities at Kalakrruti Camps are done under professional supervision & utmost care and safety tools. During all the water sports life jackets are provided & are mandatorily worn by the kids.

10:1 is smaller camps & 15:1 in big camps, making this one of the best ratios in the entire industry!

Kalakrruti Camps is all about adventure meeting  luxury and hence All accommodation is provided in standard deluxe hotels for maximum comfort. Also the rooms are air conditioned & provided on 5 sharing basis. The kids are allowed to choose their own room. Plus, we prioritize privacy and respect with separate accommodations for girls and boys.

All Meals are inclusive in the price that you pay for the package. At all our campsites, the food served is ONLY VEG, and there are more than enough Jain options as well, so you won't have to worry about anything. All the dishes, are prepared with the best quality ingredients, which are personally selected by our founders, to ensure that the Kids get the best of food!
BONUS POINT: We have our own Maharaj for cooking the food, who comes from Mumbai only, and the dining area is exclusive for the kids of Kalakrruti camps!

Safety being our motto, we have a fully equipped medical kit on all our camp sites. Further a doctor on call is also available for any emergencies & local hospitals and clinics are present at a reasonable travel distance.

We do have some additional payable activities for which they need to carry some money. The payment for the same is always collected at the campsite so the child doesn’t need to worry about losing it.

We always provide contact details with the exact date & time. Apart from that in case of an emergency you can directly get in touch with us and we shall connect you with your Kid.
If you wish to send a phone with your kid, yes you can, however it is subjected to your own risk.

So two days prior to the camp, WhatsApp group will be formed where in all the details, train timings, live updates, pictures(if any) will be shared by our volunteers so that you are worry free at your home. And in any case of low network be rest assured all the details, updates, etc. will be shared by the end of the day.
