Cancellation Policy ( Non AC Train ) :
- 15% Deduction : For cancellations made 30 days before departure.
- 25% Deduction : For cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before departure.
- 50% Deduction : For cancellations made between 14 to 06 days before departure.
- No Refund : For cancellations made within last 5 days before departure.

General Provisions :
You may choose to travel to certain destinations that involve higher risks than others, and such travel is entirely at your own risk, including the associated costs and consequences.
By offering travel to specific international destinations, Kalakrruti does not recommend or guarantee that such travel is advisable or risk-free. Kalakrruti is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from improper documentation for entry, exit, length of stay, or travel to these destinations.
Kalakrruti, its affiliates, and their respective suppliers are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any air carriers, hotels, or other suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses arising from them. Kalakrruti, its affiliates, and suppliers are also not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, force majeure events, or any other causes beyond their direct control. They are not responsible for additional expenses, omissions, delays, rerouting, or actions taken by any government or authority.
Kalakrruti reserves the exclusive right, at its discretion, to alter, limit, or discontinue the Site or any materials posted on it at any time. Kalakrruti is under no obligation to consider the needs of any user when making such changes.

You understand that violating a supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), denial of access to services, forfeiture of any paid amounts, and/or Kalakrruti charging your account for any incurred costs due to the violation.
No waiver by Kalakrruti of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be binding unless written and signed by an authorized representative of Kalakrruti.
If any dispute arises between you and Kalakrruti during or after your use of this Site in connection with or arising from your use of this Site, the matter shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the proceedings will be conducted in English.
The arbitration will be governed by and conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and any amendments to the Act in effect at the time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Mumbai, Mumbai , India.
